My fiance and I are have a very short engagement. We are getting married Feb. 29, 2020. We are struggling to find a venue for 500 or less that is elegant and yet simple. We have a place in case we dont find something but we really just need a place to do the ceremony. We are doing the reception this summer with 100+ guests. Any suggestions?

    Depending on where you live, you could find some fun venues at park districts, restaurants, or barns. Try event detective. Com or ask your local rotary to see if they know of anything. I would do food from Costco or grocery store-keeping it simple.

    Live near Detroit. Everything I've looked at is upwards of 1500 or more. I literally want just a place to say I DO.

    For that price, it will have to be a public park, beach, etc. Maybe even a community center. Check your local government website for event venues. Good luck!
