Hellllooo everyone,

I got engaged in September 2019. I am still on the hunt for an affordable yet beautiful venue in Southern California (inland empire to best specific). My budget for the wedding (ceremony & reception including food) is $10k, but we are trying to keep it as low as possible. Any suggestions?

That’s going to be a little tricky with that many guests, but potentially doable. Have you looked into Reptacular Ranch? Or any of the Wedgewood locations? Also, not located in the IE, but Oak Canyon Nature Center in Anaheim is an inexpensive ceremony space. You could then use one of the surrounding community centers (Anaheim or Yorba Linda) for the reception with a less expensive caterer from a restaurant. Only speaking from my reference in which our catering bill is at a tentative $12k for 150 guests from a caterer who is one of the best prices we found (food, alcohol, rentals, and staff included).

I got my venue and food for 200 guests for $9000 in Orange County.
Casa Bonita in Downtown Fullerton

Hi Hayli,

I saw your post, just wondering if you had any luck finding a venue? I too just got engaged, and we are having a hard time finding a place for around 185 people for under 30,000 ;( and that's just with the venue and food.
Any leads would be appreciated!

I would suggest looking into all inclusive venues. There are many places that work with your budget. Try Wedgewood Weddings.
