Venue fees?

All fees are different from venue to venue. You need to have a conversation with her and ask her all questions you can think of to get answers you aren't sure about. She will be better off explaining the break down better than we can, since she knows the ins and outs.

Yeah it really depends on the venue. Check the contract and clarify with the event manager. We had a fee to rent the venue, a food and beverage minimum, a 21% service charge, and tax on top of everything. Our service charge doesn't include gratuities - some do, some don't, so definitely check.

Depends on your venue. My venue had 2 prices for a 4 hour time frame based on number of guests. Then the provided a certain number of attendees to work the event related to your guest count. I can add projectors and table cloths if I want. But my vendors can use their kitche space to store already made food.

Our venue does not charge a gratuity fee. They charge a 22% administration fee. Gratuity is additional

We toured several venues and all were different. The one we chose paid per head with a minimum amount required !
