Unfortunately, the wedding venue I want does not allow us to have any sort of ceiling decorations. I’m bummed because my vision was to have some of the best ceiling decorations to complete my “fairy/moody” decor. What are some alternative to hang thing “as if” they were on the ceiling? Someone mention a cage, but I can’t find anything (outside of pvc pipes) that could work. My only concern with PVC pipes is how flimsy they could be. Please help!
