Uh, so for starters I am very close with my dad & my step dad so I decided on doing a father daughter dance with both of them. The songs would kinda mesh together towards the end of the first song & I would just switch dads.
I picked a song for my dad already "I loved her first" I even got him a patch made saying "I loved her first, love Amanda 6/4/16" to be sewn onto his tie as his present.
I have been struggling to pick a song for my step dad. He came into my life when I was around 13 or 14.
I thought (didn't really think, she can be difficult) that I would ask my mom to help find one. Everything I mentioned, she does not like. Then she asked what song I was dancing to with my dad so she could exclude that (fair enough right? wrong). Now she is pissed because she thinks it is going to upset my step dad and make it seem like he never loved me and that my dad was the only one. I'm about ready to throw something at her THROUGH the phone!!!!!
