33 days away! And 26 until we leave.

Ive sent all my vendors final notes and confirmations. CCd my DOC, taking over in August. But I want to ensure everything is paid for and ready to go so there’s no confusion when I pass everything to her... my dilemma is I’ve still yet to hear from 4 vendors to receive invoices and confirm everything is ready to go in addition to answering some logistics questions (one of which is my caterer) I understand it’s party/wedding season but I followed up nearly 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep. Am I being paranoid or too OCD to email them mid week next week a “hey following up I just want to confirm and pay, see you next month” 🤣

If assume they got busy and forgot to go back and reply to you. Send another email politely saying hey, I haven’t heard back and just wanted to make sure you received my previous email

Go ahead and email them! As Heather said, it's possible they overlooked sending you the invoice

Hey Samantha!
Perhaps wait until the middle of next week as you mentioned, and send a follow up email then. Hopefully they come back to you over the next week, and if not, I don’t see any harm sending a polite follow up
