Vegas wedding with first dance?

Myrna, on April 18, 2020 at 7:02 PM Posted in Nevada Planning 0 3
Me and my fiancé are looking into getting married in Vegas next year, just the two of us. I’ve been looking a little chapels and their wedding packages that Include flowers, photography and video. The one thing I would really miss from a traditional wedding is the first dance. I was wondering if there is a way to incorporate one into a Vegas wedding

Have you been before? I would go to one of the restaurants you like and see if they can accommodate you for that. Or possibly even the hotel you are staying at. Maybe rent a larger room for the night, have dinner in the room with a first dance? Vegas is amazing! It will be such a good time- we were there exactly a year ago today... 💗

I love Krissey's idea! I'm sure a restaurant or Vegas wedding venue can definitely make a first dance happen for you!! Smiley heart

This was actually a big thing for me too... it was the only thing that made me consider not eloping. So, what we did, was we did the first dance in the desert after our ceremony. Then, 6 months later we held a reception and did it again. For us it was perfect.

There are tons of wedding opportunities in Vegas. The chapels are great, you can do something in a cool suite like at Cosmo over looking the fountains, or you can do a wedding with one of the multiple companies that have packages for red rock canyon or valley of fire.

My husband and I got married in Red Rock Canyon because we wanted great views and amazing photos. From there, I actually started a company -- cactus-collective.com

Have an amazing wedding - stay safe and healthy out there!
