Ha have a planner I bought three years ago thinking it would be useful. But so far I have found it big and bulky, most of it I will not be using as it is stuff I can do in Excel or on the WW app. It has been useful to keep paperwork all in one place. I use it for mainly notes for myself when talking to vendors, seems more polite than typing on my phone while they talk.

That’s pretty much what I use it for to jot down notes when I am talking to my planner. Other than that I use this app.

I might end up coping some of the info pages into a digital format to give to my planner on the day of, like the contract list for vendors, wedding party names and info, photographer shot list, etc. My original vision using the whole planner died rather quickly.

I just used an Excel spreadsheet and the checklists on The Knot. Free and with me wherever I go through my phone.

I have found using excel and WW is very helpful, but I don’t comprehend/remember well on a screen. I bought a small notebook to jot down random thoughts I have throughout the day, and I found it helpful when I met vendors to take notes on things we discuss. I also have an inch binder that’s my “wedding bible”. It has color swatches, day of timelines, to do lists, checklists, layout of my venue, photo list, dj song list, everything. That will go with me to set up and the day of to help keep organize since I’m planning my wedding myself.

No, it was fun to have but really just got in the way. My wedding planner usually had documents already uploaded into my drive online. I didn't use it for notes either because she would input my tasks or todo list straight into my profile. I really didn't even need this App. It's just fun to create a profile and chat. I do find myself filling in information into the planner now that I have nothing to do from 5-10pm in the evening since I am not coaching ATM. I'm sure it will make for cute memories to look back on though.

We used a book, and spreadsheets/wedding apps.

The book was useful for holding copies of contracts, brochures, cards, etc., as well as taking notes and brainstorming. Having digital stuff was useful for sharing with our parents and keeping track of costs.

We found creating a special wedding email, though, to be the most useful tool. Helped redirect spam, we both could check it, and all official wedding decisions could be routed through it.

I'm an organization Nazi apparently Smiley xd . I had a planner, a wedding binder, and I used this app. I also had an actual hired wedding planner lol. I found all to be helpful. I used my planner to keep up with important dates/appointments. I used my binder, which was sectioned off by vendor, to keep up with contracts, receipts, and inspo photos, and I used to app for the basics. My actual wedding planner... she did all the ordering and facilitating of things and did what wedding planners do.
