Unity Ceremony Song Ideas

There's a song for everything! I had no idea. I'm following because we also will need to pick a song.

Our DJ sheet had a spot listed for a song and I have youtubed a few ceremonies and they seem to just have a light instrumental underneath the ceremony. But I could imagine that it would be fine without music too.

We had our string quartet play Air on G during our sand ceremony. I didn't want the awkward silence.

Following because I am also thinking about a knot tying for ceremony. Just not sure how to go about it.

We didn't do a unity ceremony, but during the registry/certificate signing one of my friends played Luke and Leia's love theme from the original Star Wars on violin. it was H's idea but it is actually a super pretty melody! and a fun in joke for the guests who picked up on it.

We did the Fisherman's Knot. We did not play music. The minister explained the meaning behind what we were doing as we worked to tie the knot. Shortly after he finished speaking, the knot was tied.

If your officiant will be speaking at that point, skip the music.
