The Venue was the largest splurge followed by catering. So far the next largest expense has been our photographer but I don’t consider it a splurge.

Venue/Catering (we had to use the venue's caterer) and Photographer. We chose our venue based on the catering available and the bar options because the food and beverage portion of our wedding is super important to us.
