To those who have registered at target...

Good question! going to register @ Target this weekend

I didn't do registry cards because I personally don't like them. The girls who threw my shower just put "registry information is located at: ___" Our website there...I've been trying to direct everything through the website anyway so it worked out nicely.

We did not get registry cards for target and we didnt even use our registry cards for bed bath and beyond. I made my own registry cards that matched our invitations etc and put all 3 places we were registered at.

I don't think I received andy cards.

You don't get cards because it's bad etiquette to put those in your invitations. They are doing you a favor.

I think including a small business size card to inform your guests where you are registered at is a non issue. You are simply just letting the guests know so that they don't have to guess at what you want or need. It makes it easier on the guests actually. Now a days it is more common to include registry cards. Not in big lettering but a small, like I stated before, business size card listing the places you are registered at.

For the bridal shower invitation it's fine to include registry info, but I think it's just as easy for the hostess to write a line on the invitation that says where you're registered.

I didnt get any from Target either, I only got ones from Bed Bath & Beyond. Any ideas of what we can do in replace of the Target ones?

Yay no cards from target either. I did two registries. One at BBB and one at Target. I got the cards from BBB but not target....

I'll be watching this thread.

I guess if you must, you can order business cards from VP and put the places you are registered at on those then stick them in your invitations.

I found a template online for thank you cards that I was able to edit. I deleted the words thank you and wrote our names... Jared and Tabatha are registered at Target, Bed bath and Beyond, and JcPenney Home Store. I was able to print 4 on each sheet of cardstock. I cut each one out and they are really cute! not very big only about 2 x 2 size cards.

We didn't get them either.. I got for macy's and bed bath and beyond.

I registered at Target and I got this huge envelope with a catalogue, bride magazine, the whole shabang but no cards to put in the envelopes. I was disappointed by that.

No they dont give you the cards. You would have to print them out from their site
