Future Mrs. Redmond

We met online in March 2004, then phsyically met a month later on April 20th in Chicago, my home city. That day he asked me to be his girlfriend at the end of a flirty walk and dated for 5 months when we found out that he had to move back to his home state of Pennsylvania. I stated that I didn't think it was going to work out and decided it was better  to let go of the relationship and be thankful that it happened. Upon hearing this, he suggested that we attempt to work it out and see how long we would last. He said he would come visit me and someday move back to Chicago, this convinced me and I agreed. Time went on and he ended up moving back to Chicago the following year, only to move back a year later due to living complications. Throughout the following years to come we led a very difficult and emotional roller coaster ride of being in a long distance relationship. We spent 5-8 months at times of wait to see each other.    He came over a day after Christmas in 2007 and proposed to me as a Christmas gift to me. Being that we were both still in school we had to remain long distance for another 4 years. He graduated in May 2011 and I am set to graduate in December of this year. This past august he moved to Texas and is staying at our future apartment. We have set the date for February 11, 2012 and couldn't be any happier that the time together has finally come after almost 8 years.
