Tips on Wedding Dress Hanger?

Belle, on May 11, 2020 at 5:40 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 4
I want a picture of my dress in hotel room. Probably hanging it on the balcony door top frame. I was thinking to get the satin hanger in same color as the dress since it looks softer.

Any bride did this? Any tips? Any picture to share?
Thank you!

That would work. My mom just gave me a whole box of teal velvet hangers at Christmas (before I was engaged) and I’m planning to use one of them for that photo op (since teal is one of my main wedding colors) hanging on the front door.

Good. I will look for one with a good review then. So far the cheap ones has bad reviews and many disappointing pictures from customers on Amazon. Let me try etsy.

I would just make sure your dress can hang properly on the hanger. The wooden ones are good because they have notches where the straps can be held in place by the weight of the dress.

The best hangers are the ones that have heads that can swivel so you can hook the hanger on whatever is available in the room and your dress will still stay square facing the camera!
