I have most everything in mind and planned but not much a winter idea to incorporate, except that we are having coffee to serve. So the wedding and reception will be at the church and my colors are yellow and royal blue.

I definitely don't think it's weird to have napkins on the tables. I'm sure they will look beautiful, especially if you fill up some space in the center with centerpieces. You could also have a water glass at each place setting with bottles of water on each table so that it is easily accessible once your guests sit down.
