Tips for tanning before wedding

Tanning beds are a lot safer now days than they used to be! I'm getting married next month and I've been going once a week since February to make sure I don't have tan lines after we went on vacation in Florida. I will say that after 3 times tanning I didn't have tan lines anymore and now I'm just keeping up with my color. Spray tanning is also a good choice, but I personally don't care for how quickly those can rub off. If you are to get a spray tan though try getting a couple of them throughout the summer and see what color you like on your skin. Hope this helps!

Just curious about this because I would prefer a tanning bed if it is safer, but what have they done to make them safer?

I'm also getting married this September and am in the same pickle! I live at the beach and lake during the summer, so avoiding tan line will be so hard! I do use the tanning bed now, and probably will try to continue into the summer so I don't get any kind of harsh lines. I'll also absolutely get spray tanned prior to the wedding! I a million times recommend that!

I would get a practice spray a few months out so you know you like it, of course! But it will definitely help with covering lines and imperfections on wedding day!

I have this fear too! I'm getting married in June but I'm taking a girls trip to Charleston in a month. Stocking up on SPF 100 haha. My dress is backless, so I'm going to be as careful as I can!

I used to lay in the tanning bed, but I've been using the Jergens Natural Glow (with firming) moisturizer and I love the results!
