Tipping Vendors

This may be a silly question but I wanted suggestions on the etiquette of tipping vendors! Which vendors are you tipping and are you doing a flat rate/percentage? I know I want to tip my photographer and DJ for sure, but unsure what the etiquette is for the DOC? And what about other helpers of my vendors? I feel like I do not want to tip everyone, isn’t that why I am paying for their services?

We’re doing photography at least because they have to be there the whole day. our caterer adds a tip in the final price of the food so we didn’t have to tip extra. i’m not sure about the others honestly. i haven’t been super happy with our baker so i’m not sure about that but we’re talking about it.

Some vendors may have already included gratuity in their cost or service fee so perhaps double check your contracts to ensure you’re not double tipping
