Tipping on a cruise wedding

For those that got married on a Carnival ship I have some questions about tipping. I'm trying to plan my budget and I'm not really sure how to go about it with tipping for the staff at the wedding. How many waiters were there? Bartenders? DJ? Officiant? Photographer? Coordinator? Other staff? How much did you tip?

For reference: I'm doing a port wedding in the middle of the cruise. We're getting off the ship and married on Grand Cayman then back on the ship for the reception..

I have been on several cruises. You just leave one tip at the end.

I am going on a cruise through RC and we paid for gratuity up front. Maybe ask if there is an option to do that for wedding expenses?

Sorry I guess my post wasnt clear.. I'm not concerned about tippong for the cruise itself, I've been on 10 previous cruises and always pay the tips up front for the staff..

I'm getting married on the ship. And I'm not really sure how to go about planning tips for that. But I know some others on here have been married on a cruise ship (Carnival) .. so I'm hoping one of them is still around and can shed some insight

Hi Spiff, Congratulations on your recent wedding! I hope it was amazing. Can I ask what you wound up doing? We get married on a Carnival ship next week and (eek!) I hadn't really thought about tipping. I thought gratuity was added on to the initial charge for some reason, and then when my fiancé told me they didn't add it on for our additional guests... AHH!
