I'm getting my cake from a bakery and picking it up instead of having it delivered. Do I need to tip?

We only tipped our cake delivery person. Btw, if theres any shot you can afford for them/the professionals to deliver the cake, do it. Cake is one of hardest items to transport.

Since it's related, how much would you tip the cake delivery person?

I wouldn't tip if you have to go get it, but that seems like a hassle.

A friend is actually going to pick up the cake. It's just a small, 6 inch single tier cake
