Anyone have a general timeline for a wedding that starts at 2?

Im hoping to be able to decorate the night before, if possible
Getting ready will be me and a few girls my friends are doing my make up and hair...when should we start that?

We arent planning to take first look pics
Should i get some pics with the girls before?

I figured
Ceremony starts at 2
Ends by 230 or 245
Pictures after
No cocktail hour guests can just start eating right away
First dances around 330 to 350
Then garter toss and boquet toss
Last is cutting cake

What does your timeline look like?

You are not giving yourself much time for pictures. Just fyi but the rest looks good. I am still working on mine

I am getting my makeup done at 10:00am and hair about 12 ( we are not doing a first look) Ceremony starts at 4:30, pictures 5-6ish while guest are doing the cocktail hour, reception starts at 615-630 and ends at 11pm. We are doing dinner then first dances and ending the night with a sparkler exit. That’s the general idea.... I’m still working it out for our coordinator!

Is it common where you live to not have cocktail hour and to eat without the bride and groom? That never happens where I live.

Not sure i dont go to many weddings
We are self catering and the food will be ready so i just figured guests get to eat while we do pics

Ours is a bit different then normal. His music m and grandma have health problems. So we do. Or want them to feel like they have to stay to see any part of wedding. So we will have ceremony. Our guest can go in venue while we do pictures. Then we will have dinner then cake cutting. Dances and the rest so crazy tough time line
Ceremony 5-530
pics 530-600 maybe 615
get announced 615
630 eat
715 cake cute
when that we s done first dances.
