Thinking of returning wedding band for curved???

Kayla, on September 18, 2019 at 2:00 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 5

My ering does not allow a straight wedding band to sit flush. I found a ring that I loved at first but the more I wear it around the house getting a feel for it the more I dont care for it. The gap bothers me and I feel like its too bulky and competes with my engagement ring. I found a simple micro pave curved band I think I may exchange it for. I wear my ering 24/7 so I am not really worried about needed a stand alone wedding band. I am not sure what to do. What do you ladies think?

here is my ering… sorry if these are huge I try to make them smaller.

I think the curved band would look a lot better. The band you chose is very beautiful, it just doesn't fit well with your engagement ring. I think either one would look great, whichever one lines up more with the stones on your engagement ring band!

I love those curved rings! They look really cohesive and elegant.

I’ll also say- I love having a curved band that nestles perfectly with my e-ring. I also almost always wear my e ring, except when I travel! When I’m only wearing the band I usually just flip it around, and it looks fine on its own.

I agree that a simple pave band would suit your engagement ring better.

Yes, the curved would look much better. You could always buy a curved one and keep the other since you like it so much. Do a mix and match for your outfits or occasions Smiley smile

I may be in the minority but I really live your wedding band. I think the curved bands, although may fit better, won’t add to your ring. Personally I think when the band is pretty much the same as the e rings band it just distracts from the center stone, makes the band look bulkier. Maybe the band you have right now isn’t fitting like you want it, but you clearly like creative jewelry and I think these simple curved bands won’t give you that same vibe. Maybe pick something that is curved but a little more unique? You can always have something made and it’s surprising not as much as you would think
