The wedding dress!!

Definitely not. I went shopping because I thought I had to make a quick decision, and I bought a dress I thought I loved. But the more I looked at it, the more I felt like I was hiding behind the ballgown. I ended up exchanging it for a mermaid after losing a lot of weight. Feels a lot better. I think a lot of brides buy too soon or under the wrong circumstances, so don't worry too much about it.

I have been saying i have wedding dress second thoughts as well! don’t get me wrong i absolutely am in love with my dress. but i think social media really makes me question myself as well as attending bridal expos pretty frequently...
just seeing all the different kinds of dresses and how beautiful they are makes me second guess if i made the right decision 😫

I went to one more shop and thought I found a better dress. Fortunately I decided to stay with my original dress! It’s just easy to second guess ourselves. I’d stop looking or you’ll drive yourself crazy.

I bought my dress pre-owned off StillWhite and lucked out because its the one for me! However I purchased two different "reception dresses" and have finally just decided to wear my one dress all night - I'm still trying to resell one of the extra dresses I bought.

When I was dress shopping on StillWhite there were a lot of brides that bought a dress and then had dress regret or bought a dress and changed plans or venues and the first dress they had purchased wasn't right anymore. You are certainly not the only bride who has bought a dress and then started dress shopping again!

You're not alone. I got a dress and within hours I realized it wasn't the one. I had just been tired of shopping. The following week I went to look for a different dress. I picked one out that I liked, but didn't love. A month before my wedding, I went with my mom to look for a short dress for our after party. For the heck of it, I tried on a dress that I wouldn't want to shorter. I ended up loving it so I shortened the second dress to wear to my after party. I am selling the first one. Part of my problem was that I found a dress I really really wanted, but it was extremely sparkly and poofy and I was worried my husband's family who are very simple would think it looked ridiculous.
