I had no idea! When I leave from my full time job today I will make sure I promptly pick up our 7 month old and I will rush home to tend to cooking and chores while my superior soaks in a bath. I will then rub his feet until it's time for the clothes to be ironed. I can't believe how selfish and lazy I have been!

Y'all this is how my dad's side of the family operates. Dead ass serious...very old school. When we all get together on vacation or for holidays, the men will chill until dinner is ready and then migrate to the dinner table and wait for the wives to make their plates and serve them. The women serve their husbands first, the kids second, and themselves last. The only person me and my sisters and BILs don't side eye is my aunt, who is married to my quadriplegic uncle. I don't mind making FH a plate or grab him a drink if I'm already up, but he doesn't expect it from me, and he'll do the same for me in return. But the men in my dad's family EXPECT it...so gross.

Ladies - I would go to jail. No bail nothing CSI would be digging my FH out of the yard.
