The Knot or ww for wedding site

Originally I went with the knot. Once I found Wedding Wire, I cancelled my knot website and account. We don't use it for RSVP (at least not yet), but I just loved the Wedding Wire community more than the knot.

I choose because of the website /guest list combo. The Knot has a premade link that you can send to your guest. It allows the guest to enter all their information. Once the guest fills out all the information in goes straight in the your guest list. It made collecting addresses super simple. Now that everyone info is in The Knot we are going with that site.

I started with the Knot but ended up here. Between the app and the website, Wedding Wire just works out so much better for my needs. And now the added bonus are the forums here. So far it has been an excellent experience all around.

I chose wedding wire, and so far I love it! It’s super easy to work with/ edit and will be using the RSVP section when that time comes.

I’m using the Knot. I created it and have been happy with our webpage and the Budgeter since day 1 of our engagement. I joined WW later for the forums. I also didn’t know they offered a wedding website.

I’ve been avoiding The Knot at all cost, so the WW platform was an easy choice. I love it! Warning - still under construction!

I started with the Knot too and also cancelled once I found this site. Silly reason, but I liked that the guests could search for their name to RSVP by first OR last name. If I'm not mistaken, on the Knot you had to put in first and last just the way I would have entered it when I was setting it up.

I’m using the Knot, I made one on both platforms and just liked The Knot better. I like WW forums better, though.

I LOVE WW, every time I go on The Knot I get frustrated.

Were using Joy for our website though, I kicked the themes better & it was more customizable in the way I needed.

I chose the knot since the designs were better to me.

I would be careful posting your sites on here. This is a very public forum and searchable via a web search.

I haven’t officially created a wedding website yet but I like the look of both.

Ours is on The Knot. I didn't really shop around for wedding websites when I started creating ours. The Knot was the first free wedding website platformed that I found that I liked. I use their planning apps as well. But I like the Wedding Wire forums.

We actually went through Zola for our website. It was the first one I found when I was looking and we're happy with it. We just started collecting RSVP's through the site and it seems to be going well!

The knot, I used ww for the forums, I didn't even know the knot had forums.

but I will def upload my final wedding list and use the seating chart once we have our rsvp

The only thing I use The Knot for is our wedding website. If our guest go through The Knot to get something off our registry The Knot will donate to a charity I chose. I picked American Cancer Society!

I love weddingwire forum. I use knot for my wedding site. I use both for the check lists, cause they are slightly different. My knot site is theknot.com/us/theeasters
