The Knot or Wedding Wire

I prefer WW to browse and kill time because I do most of my planning on my phone, so the app and forums are great. However, for our actual wedding website and registry we're using The Knot.

I love WW for these forums & all the awesome advice I received planning our wedding. However, I used There Knot for my checklist- I saw way too many brides having issues with the private domains they purchased. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough, I didn’t want to add to it.

I use the knot for most of the planning. I pretty much use Wedding wire for the forums only. Ive had issues with the app kicking me off or not letting me post on the forum, at this point I have to uninstall and reinstall the app almost daily to get it to work correctly and when Ive contacted customer service about it a few times and the only response Ive gotten is to try the website (despite stating that I prefer to use the app). At this point if I didnt like the forums so much I would delete it and just use the knot.

Same as others have said, I use The Knot for my wedding website, guest management, and registry. Wedding Wire is my go-to for browsing vendors, the budgeting tool, and the forums (which has been the most help, out of everything).

I've tried the Knot but I personally can seem to get into it. To me wedding wire is easier to mange and work. Plus the forum is so helpful.

I love Wedding Wire for the forums and check list! I opted to use the Knot for website because it worked so well for my sister and we will use neither for registry

We are using The Knot for our wedding website because from what I've heard it's a lot more user-friendly than WW's websites, but I use WW for everything else. I love the forums and the app has been really helpful for planning.

I use The Knot for my wedding website and checklist, though I love WeddingWire for the forums!

I prefer the WW because I just like the community better on here. No reason in particular though.
