Just Said Yes December 2020

The day for finding the right dress

on January 6, 2020 at 11:25 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 4

Hey y'all, SO I contacted all of my bridesmaids and my mother to let them know i have picked a day to try on many dresses and find one that will make me say "YES! YES! YES!", I want to go to multiple places just so i feel like i didnt cheat my self on getting every dress look. I'm currently trying to set appointments at different boutiques, how far apart should i space out my appointments for this day?

You need somewhere between 1 and 2 hours for appointments from my experience, plus travel time. I was surprised to find out how tiring trying on dresses can be! Maybe plan in a coffee break or lunch too.

I went to only 2 shops each day, I went to 6 before I chose my dress, but I didn't want to look at to many to quickly, you need time to process everything, my dress is from Stella York, style 6979 from the 2019 collection if you care to Google it for a look, I recommend you look at the Stella York line as well as Casablanca, good luck!!!!

If I were you I wouldn’t do more than one shop per day. Trying on dresses is a lot more exhausting (physically and mentally) than it looks

How many places do you want to visit? I would advise 2 hours on average for each store and no more than 2 stores per day. Wedding dress shopping can be quite overwhelming and exhausting. You don't want to burn out!
