Just thinking here, as I received my tax refund and the majority went to bills and some savings. But thankfully I was able to budget accordingly to make a payment towards the venue and my flowers!

It's a sigh of relief knowing my remaining balance for the florist is $50 and the venue is still a painful $1,500 Smiley xd (we've paid $1,100 so far) and it's not super bad but when it's due soon and your wedding date is approaching faster than anticipated it can be very stressful lol We are paying for everything on top of having many financial status changes along the way so it's pretty challenging but so glad things are getting paid.

Anyone else looking forward to their refund for help with wedding expenses?

I completely agree with that last statement! My floral rep, who has such a great sense of humor, sent me an updated total due which is two weeks before the wedding, it's only $50 compared to other payments but reading his email he's all excited that my next payment isn't until June, I'm like nope mister i'm paying that sucker before JuneSmiley tongue

    Good luck to you guys!

Ours was going to be used mainly for the honeymoon, but it did come in at a time that we needed it so we just adjust some money in some places to put the deposits down so atleast everything is booked... But yes it did come at the right time to give some major breathing room. I thought I was the only one.

This year our refund helped a lot with our wedding stuff. We put the down payment on our photographer/videographer, We bought our rings, I put my dress on layaway, We got some decorations, Some flowers, And Almost have the down payment for our venue!!!!!!

I got a massive amount back and unfortunately it all has to go towards by credit card bill. It hurts so bad knowing I could've pretty much paid off my wedding. So mad at myself for that lol
