I want a taco bar at my wedding. my MIL thinks its fine but also thinks we need other choices for people that dont want tacos. this is what she suggested....
appetizers
spinach and artichoke dip, fruit, cheese & crackers, bbq meatballs.
meats
fried chicken, roast beef
sides
chopped salad, veggie pasta salad, and a baked potato bar.
too much? i dont really think we need all the extra food. i was thinking a taco bar would be fine on its own, (ETA: and appetizers) there would be a lot of options for the taco bar, so if someone doesnt want tacos they could make a salad, or just eat the meat by its self. maybe a taco bar and extra appetizers? im not sure.
