Table Decor Help!

Samantha, on January 21, 2020 at 11:49 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 9

We are looking for table decor that has a classic feel with a little rustic entwined. I stumbled across wood table runners and love the idea. However I believe our venue encourages the use of circle tables in order to save space. Would the wood table runner look weird on a circle table? When I think circle tables, I usually associate them with circular centerpieces/decor. I LOVE long tables, but I am not sure we have the space for them. HELP!

I've seen weddings do a few long tables & a few round tables! So that's an option. We did three farmhouse style tables. We had a long greenery runner, a mix of tall and short floral arrangements, gold votive candles, and deer antlers on our tables. As well as gold chargers & gold flatware.

I don't think it would look weird, just make sure that it isn't too long!

I would keep longer runners with long tables. We are having a mix of long and round tables at our reception. The long table will have a long greenery element down the middle and gold candleabra's with tapered flickering white candles. The round's will have pillar vases with floral arrangements and flickering white pillar candles. Do you have a choice between long or round tables?

I loved the idea of having a rectangular base for a centerpiece, but we are also having only round tables and the more that I thought about it the worse I think it will be....It would work out fine for the people sitting along the long side of the board, but the people sitting at the ends of the board would have much less space at the table.

Those are so cute but best on long tables. I love that idea though looks great.
