    I've been running an average of 6 miles a week and 30 minutes on the bowflex! I don't have a gym membership so I'm doin what I can!

    If anyone likes to dance, I encourage you to check out 305Fitness , which has locations in Boston, DC, NYC, and several other cities! You burn a TON of calories and there's always a toning section in the middle. An amazing and fun workout!

    I've been trying to eat more protein daily and less carbs, not keto diet though. Drink lots of lemon water! Monday - Friday I'll work on a certain area of my body for each day of the week and adding 20 min of cardio. Wednesdays are my full cardio workout!! I've been doing this for about a month and a half and can already tell a difference. Don't give up!

    I am 220 days out and I am horrible! I haven't started working out. I am doing intermittent fasting right now. I want my fiance start working out with me, but that's his least favorite thing to do AND we get paid to workout 3 hours a week!

    I used to get 3 hours a week to workout when I worked for the military as a civilian. It was an awesome incentive to stay in shape. I miss it so much!!🙁

    I go to hour long cardio kickboxing classes 3-5 times per week! All of the coaches know it is wedding year and are sure to give me that extra motivation during every class!
