Sweating for the wedding!

So im about to get beachbody on demand and will do liquid diet suplementing 2 meals a day for meal shake im looking at ideal fit has anyone tried there shakes?

    My future father in law did the KETO diet with the shakes and he lost 70lbs!!! It’s something you need to be consistent with - diet and exercise and positive mind set! I say go for it !!! We all are here for support and you will feel so much better/confident after ! Totally worth it !!

    I didn't realize that two of their shakes only had nine grams of carbs. I had just assumed they were all pretty high!! I'm glad I read your post.

    I do like their shakes and the workouts are great but I will tell you that the beach body premise is that you eat 5-6 small meals a day and the shake is just one. They actually do not recommend you use the shakes as a meal replacement only as a snack or one of your proteins. So for example my day looks like this:


    5:30am: Apple with 2 tsp almond butter7:30: shake (mixed with banana, almond milk, and almond butter)12:15: salad with chicken, avocado, cucumber, carrots and a light Italian dressing 3:00: grapes 5:30: dinner (varies...rice/chicken/beans, eggs, bacon, toast etc).
    They really emphasize balanced nutrition. I haven’t been super strict (dinner is my downfall!) lately but it was effective when I was.

    Ive tried that i just loose track or we run out of healthy food cuz someone ate it who shouldnt have and they wont replace it cuz oh they thought it was theres, im not going to do any one diet plan kinda thing just do 2 1 hour workouts each day n cutback on amount of food if its not a meal time n im hungry just gunna chug a water

    If you’re looking to lose a few lbs, I recommend making a lifestyle change not going on a diet. Setting a diet mindset will make it harder to follow and you tend to set yourself up for failure. Finding an exercise routine you enjoy helps too. Don’t think of it as a punishment!

    I LOVE Beachbody! I've done the workouts - FH & I are doing T25! I haven't tried the shakes though; I thought they were pricey

    The brand im looking at has a special of 4 tubs (30 servings each) at 99.99 and the tubs are normally 49.99 each

    The only thing ive found i enjoy is hiking (mi winter so cant do that), and step arobics(short loft bedroom so cant do that) I've tried doing excercise games on the wii but i get bored n as soon as anyone comes home i stop cuz it sounds like theres an elephant stomping around

    Yeah ik and there all 4 diff flavors mint choc chip, coldbrew coffee, Carmel mocha, whitechocolate pepermint (im VERY basic)

    Most gyms offer step classes! That way you can keep it up and have others around you for support. Working out alone is hard! I’ve been making my fiancé work out with me to keep me motivated and also it’s something we didn’t do together before. If you don’t want to go to a gym, dance workout videos and yoga are super helpful too! They’re both a bit quieter for the home.

    Two one hour workouts in addition to a limited diet can be really dangerous for some people so just make sure you’ve spoken with your doctor about this.

    I recommend Purium 10-day transformations (they also have a 40-day but wouldn’t do that until you’ve tried the 10-day). They are plant-based and do so much more for your body overall than just a quick-fix diet will. I still use the shakes as meal-replacements here and there even after the 10-days are up because they are tasty and filling! Not sure the price comparison to other diet trends, it can be a bit pricey but definitely worth how you will not just look but feel overall. I use their products daily to maintain a healthy gut and help me with my GI issues. It’s probably not for everyone, but I cannot praise them enough for basically saving me from a body that was trying to kill me! If interested the website is www.ishoppurium.com

    I’ve lost 40 lbs and love beachbody on demand- 40 lbs lost with 80 day obsession and Morning meltdown 100. Started the shakes with MM100 and really saw increased weight loss and making better nutrition choices and feeling fuller longer. The shakes are pricy, but I think we’ll worth it

    I ordered my dress a size below my actually size and now i must go HARDER THAN HARD to be sure to look FABULOUS come the big day!! Good luck to you all whether its for weight loss journey or wedding planning, you can do it!

    I had good success with the liift4 program from beachbody and not a lot of success with mm100 (their new program) i actually gained weight back when doing mm100. I would recommend following the meal plans the come with your beachbody on demand account. Don't pay for ultimate portion fix, just use the meal plan associated to whatever work out oyu do. So liift4 or 21 day fix have meal plans. basically though the best advice i can give is find something . you like and you can stick with. I love weightlifting and hate at home cardio (love running) so that's why i loved liift4. Good luck! and feel free to message me if you have any questions Smiley smile
