What kind of hair style are you ladies doing? Up? Down? Half up, half down? I'm getting married in July and I'm not sure what I want, initially I wanted half up half down but then I thought of the heat

I'm getting married in July and I'm not sure what I want, initially I wanted half up half down but then I thought of the heat
I’m deciding between a ponytail which I can take down later or just wearing it down. Doing a keratin treatment befotehand to help combat the heat and frizz factor.
My best friend just got married this past Saturday, and she went up. I on the other hand figured I’d be fine if it was off my back and on one shoulder. Had it not have been outside in 93 degree weather I MIGHT have been ok 😂😂 I remember telling my FH at the wedding “thank god we chose fall.” 😂
I'm technically the first weekend in fall but 09/28 is still pretty warm in PA. I'll be wearing my hair in a low bun so that it's off of my neck and shoulders.
I wanted up but then I look terrible with it up ahah so I opted for half up half down. You can have both if you want! I initially wanted both. One style for ceremony and one for reception but then decided against it because up looks bad on me ahha.
I went through the same dilemma. I just got married on the beach in Florida and it was hot. I really want my hair down but I ended up with an updo and so glad I did.
I am having my hair fully up because i'm getting married in late June in Sacramento. its not unheard of it to be over 100 degrees! It will have a couple loose curls in front to frame my face, but bobby pins at the ready to pin them back when i'm dancing or they start to look poor.
Though my guy loves my hair down, it is going to be pretty hot out, so I am going with an updo so I don't get too sweaty and my hair ending up all stringy.
So I have a TON of hair, it's wavy, unruly, and SUPER thick! I really want my hair in a half -up, half-down style (you know, like Megara style), but it'll be early August which means super hot and humid here in Chicago. Plus, if memory serves me right, my hair has already proven that hairspray holds no power over it when it's hot and humid. All this to say I am hoping my hairstylist accepts the challenge that my hair will be and makes a miracle happen!
