We are having a combination. Our head table as well as as some other non-guest tables will be rectangular farm tables. All of the guest tables will be round. I love the look of farm tables, but rounds are much cheaper and easier for guests to interact with each other and they are easier to move around.

I think it depends on the size of your wedding. My fiancé and I decided to have a very very small wedding. So we are having rectangle tables. I prefer that look anyway but larger wedding I think round is the way to go.

Rounds. They're easier to find linens for and easier for people to chat across the table.
