STOP FLAGGING AND DELETING THREADS!

Right! It went away just as I was typing my comment.

I am referring to a number of threads and posts that get flagged and deleted for absolutely no valid reason. It's out of hand and will surely drive people away from this site.

If you find a post inappropriate, you can flag it. I've never done it, but honestly I can see how discussing politics isn't really conducive to a nice WW community.

Ms. G-- see beside each post it says " Flag as Inappropriate" People are flagging post they don't like and the Mods take them down..

I've seen things get vicious when it comes to politics, even within my own family. While I think all opinions should be allowed on WW, there are certain hot button topics that have the potential of really dividing the community here, maybe, just maybe we should leave those issues to be discussed in other arenas.

I'm with July on the cake situation. I'm very very opposed to anyone wasting perfectly good cake by shoving it up someone's ass.

As for the Obama thread- I don't see the point in arguing and getting all worked up over it. It isn't like either side is gonna give.

I got to admit... I never started reading it, because I was much more interested in looking for bridal stuff... but I wasn't about to FLAG it because you all wanted to talk about it.

Who ever flagged it to have it deleted needs to just look over what they don't want to read. I didn't read it, but I doubt it was hurting any one.
