I hired my florist months ago and she's awesome. When I had my consultation with her my mom jumped the gun a bit and told her that we should have arm bouquets. I think it's because that's what she had back in the 80's and she didn't realize that round bouquets are more popular choices now. For months I have felt uneasy. My main plant is olive branches with some ivory roses and lavender added in, so arm bouquets could look really nice and romantic. My fear is that my bridesmaids won't know how to handle them, being used to round bouquets, my photographer, who is newer, won't know how to handle them and make them look relaxed and romantic, and after the ceremony, you can't really use them for anything. They don't fit well in a vase and it would be sweet to have the bridesmaid bouquets double as head table décor. My florist is totally fine with me changing but I'm still so torn. Which do you like, and would you share my concerns?
