Stickers with Wedding Website Info

Haylee, on July 23, 2020 at 1:15 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 10

Hey everyone,

My fiance and I recently ordered our Save the Dates for our wedding happening next June 2021. After ordering, it crossed my mind that it would be nice to include our wedding website somewhere so that people can go online and see the venue location, and nearby hotels. Most, if not all, of our guests are coming from out of town. Does anyone know of any websites that I could order cute stickers printed that just have the website link on it? I plan to put the sticker on the back of the Save the Date. Other cute ideas also welcome! Thanks!

If you have a printer, you can purchase clear printing labels and do it yourself.

We made our website right after I ordered the save the dates so we made business card inserts that we stuck in with the save the date.

I actually used address labels for this. I customized them and honestly, I don't know about your guests, but I can tell you of the 50ish STDs I sent out, only 1 person logged into the wedding website (even now after the invites have been sent).

Do you think most people just researched hotels and booked themselves? That was really the only reason I wanted to provide the website. To give people the code to reserve a room. One of the hotels near my venue will provide free shuttle service if we book 5 or more rooms, so I was hoping to utilize that too!

I added all that information to the website and in with our invites (wedding details) I included the room block information and cut-off date. One of my friends opted for a hotel about 30 minutes away from our venue and the remainder are pretty much all staying right on property. What's the cut off date? Looks like the wedding is June 2021 so I'm guessing cut off is May? - Most people won't book their rooms probably till March - April (some will be before that, but not so many).

You could also look at small business cards to insert with your save the date cards!

If it were me I would probably just buy printable stickers (like address labels) and print them myself. I know you can have stickers printed through Shutterfly. I'm not sure if they'd be exactly what you're looking for in this case, but they're really easy to work with so I'd definitely recommend looking into it.
Also, FWIW, a ton of people looked at our wedding website and a few booked hotel rooms immediately, so I think it's worth adding it to your save the dates if you can.

I always book through the room block for this exact reason Haylee! Smiley shame I always think it's better to be staying where the other guests are, and makes it easy to coordinate transportation.

I think stickers are a really cute idea! I ordered custom stickers from Etsy with our "wedding logo" to put on our welcome bags and I loved the way they looked! 🌟

I used address labels for mine. They were way cheaper!

You can design your own on Canva.com and have them printed at Staples. Or try Etsy.com
