Staying at a hotel and getting ready together?

I would definitely go with the hotel idea. We are renting a house for our wedding..it sleeps 12 ( we have 6 kids between us and 2 of my 3 are married and my youngest is engaged)...but it has 4 bathrooms for us all to get ready in...I couldn't imagine all of us trying to use 1..

I stayed in a hotel suite the night before the wedding. It was nice to have a lot of room! My hair and MUA came to the suite and my friends and mom were able to come in and out as they pleased. They had rooms as well, but it was nice to have the suite so people could have room to sit and hang out

I'm staying in a hotel suite the night before, as well. Our venue provides it free for the wedding night, so we just added the extra night. My mother is also going to be at the hotel the night before. I'll have my two attendants join us the day of and am having hair and make-up come to us. I'll have food brought in, so we don't have to go anywhere.

Planned to invite FMIL, but she has already secured her own hair and make-up person. But she is welcome to cone hang with us until ceremony time, 5pm.

We're getting two suites for the wedding. It's a good idea to have plenty of room.

Yea I got a hotel room to myself the night before the wedding. I feel like it will be nice to have the time to unwind and relax! I'm all for it

Handy tip - I asked my hotel liaison for a small stack of extra chairs in my suite. They were in a corner when I checked in. It was very handy! The suite came with a couple of chairs and a couch, but with so many people in and out it was definitely a good idea to have those extra chairs!

We're staying in the resort together, but will split to get ready. He doesn't want to see me all decked out until I come down the aisle.
