When did you start trying for a baby ?

How long are you going to wait ?

I love it too! I would love to wait until we're in our thirties to even start trying, but with fertility/endometriosis/hysterectomies on both sides, I don't think we'd be able to wait that long and still have biological children without IVF.

A lot of our friends have children now and it would be really fun to all have kids together, but we just enjoy being selfish and spending all of our time and money on each other right now haha.

Congratulations to you too! It's still a bit shocking knowing there's a tiny little human growing inside me, but we're excited. My mom is calling it a "Duggar" baby because my due date is literally 9 months and 1 day after our wedding...she loves pointing that fact out to people. Hopefully you have a happy and healthy pregnancy!

DH and I got married in October of 2018. We did a self uniting marriage license so we are having a very small intimate wedding in June of 2019. So we plan to wait till after that. We actually do not have a specific timeline yet. I have a daughter from my previous marriage and she will be 10 years old this year. I will be 28 and husband will be 34 so we definitely don't want to wait too long before trying. Maybe the end of this year to summer of 2020? Congratulations!

This may be an unpopular opinion, but I want to wait 1-5 years and enjoy being married to my FH before bringing kids into the world. We still want to travel and do things while we can before worrying about finding a babysitter.

I'm with you. I'm 44, FH is 48 (2nd marriage for him but no kids) and we're all about traveling. I've been to 37 countries so far, but FH only about 10, so we've got a lot of places to go to get him caught up!
