Help!!! We are getting married 9/3/21! We had a very dear friend who is a pastor that was planning to marry my fiance and I, but sadly she was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash 😭😭😭 That in itself is devastating to us, as we were so at peace with Pastor Jill, our very dear friend, officiating us. But now we are grieving her and accepting that we are forced to find someone else... someone else that won't know us and in a different state than we live, with only 6 weeks till our wedding date!



Please!! If you know of and can recommend an Officate for our South Carolina wedding, PLEASE reach out! We are reaching out to y'all and praying about this! Thank y'all ❤🙏

    I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your fiancé on the loss of your dear friend! I don’t have any personal recommendations for officiants, but post this request on social media sites geared towards helping couples find wedding vendors (including officiants) in the location where your wedding will be held. I found them to be very helpful for receiving recommendations when I was looking for vendors (even on short notice) for my destination wedding.

    I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend. My suggestion would be to have a friend or family member get ordained online and marry you. That's what we're doing. From what I've heard it only takes a few minutes to do.
