Ck - I'm not sure. I like the song Collide by Howie day and Jason Mraz song Lucky, but they have been done so many times lately. I am also open to a classic 80s love song.

Classic 80's love song...."I don't want to miss a thing" by Aerosmith. Wait, that is actually 90's.

"Faithfully" by Journey.

Both have been done, but they are so beautiful.

I like "Can't take my eyes off you" by Lady Antebellum.

My 1st song is Power of Love by The Early November. It's from the album Punk does the 80's. It's the Huey Lewis song but slow. I like it because no one has it and the lyrics are perfect.

We are doing our song..."In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel. After the exchanging of vows, it is the single most important thing to me about our wedding. We have been dancing to it for years. I never thought we would ever do it on our wedding day.

Could Not Ask For More by Edwin McCain. FH and I met and dated way back when Hootie and the Blowfish was popular. I lived in Myrtle Beach (kind of in the same vicinity where Hootie and Edwin started) and he was stationed at Camp Lejeune. We saw both Edwin, who was opening and Hootie, who was "headlining" (lol) at a bar there. This has nothing to do with the song but just have to tell you that we dated for a bit then we went our separate ways. Didn't talk for about 2 years but reconnected through email/phone/text and stayed friends. Now, 16 years later.....here we are! So, while Edwin McCain might not be the most popular, it makes me cry every time I listen to those words! Good luck on finding a song! I also suggest just going through the list on here, bringing up Youtube or Itunes and listening to some of them. I had completely forgotten about the whole Edwin concert so I wasn't really stuck on that song. Came across it on the list, loved the words then remembered that

....we totally have a connection to that song!

Edited to add that at first I was looking at the "classics"....At Last, Unforgettable, etc. But then I was listening and this just hit me. So I highly suggest sitting down one day or night and just listening to some!

We are having a hard time finding our first dance song as well ... but I just listened to Kimberly's suggestion and OMG goosebumps!! I love that song Now I just have to see if my FH agrees with me!
