If you're not looking for ballgown, I think you could definitely find something along those lines even if it's a "bridesmaid dress"! Here are a couple that I've found on Azazie.com that look bridal to me, there are other shades of grey and lots of other styles

This may be too much of a ballgown for you, but Leanne Marshall carries this lovely gown called "raincloud." Unfortunately it doesn't look like any shops in Michigan carry her 🙁 But it looks like it is possible to order directly from Leanne Marshall's website! Good luck on your gown search!

Look into www.cocomelody.com they have great reviews plus a Facebook group of community of real brides who bought dresses from there. You can customize the dresses to the color you want easily, and the price is super reasonable!
Find the style and fit that you like in your local stores. You can go above budget and even if it's a white dress. Then go on the website and find that style of dress
