Smoke bomb and wedding dress

Pham, on October 3, 2018 at 5:14 PM Posted in Planning 0 5
Hi everyone! I wanted to do a photo on our wedding day using smoke bombs. I wanted to know if anyone has done this before? And if they had any issues? My main concern is possibly staining our clothes.

Like ones you light? I doubt any venue would let you do this unless outside. Even then.

You're probably better off using a fog machine instead of an actual smoke bomb.

Hi Pham. Yes. Smoke bombs that are colored will stain clothing. I have done photoshoots where the subject used the colored ones. And he had splatter ( like paint almost) after we were done. So if that is the kind, it wouldn't be good, depending on how close you will be them and how you plan to use them

I took engagement pictures with them. They didn't stain anything on either of us. Just dont hold it super close to you. If you have it directed at you and close (like within 6 inches), then it will probably stain because the smoke is coming out at a high velocity. We used yellow and red ones.
