Size 16/18 brides

Don't stress! I'm at 14/16 & purchased a mermaid gown because we can!!! As long as you FEEL great and LOVE how you look that's all that matters. Have fun<3

You will look fabulous!! I'm a size 16 but when they put me in my wedding dress I feel like a rock star. Everytime I go to get alterations they always say "Melissa... you can get down from the platform now..." It's your day to look fabulous and shine! I was nervous too but then I thought... he loves me in my everyday clothes... I can't wait to see his face when I add the hair, the makeup, the jewelry and the dress!!

I'm sure it's just nerves! Once that "wedding-day" excitement is going, you'll just feel special and lovely. All fluffy ladies feel nervous at some point leading up to their wedding, and I haven't seen anyone come back and say, "Wedding was good, but I just felt so fat!"

My dress isn't a mermaid style but I think it helps to have the right undergarments as well.
