My fiancé and me just got engaged. We are both from other countries and we don’t have much family here that’s why we agree to do just a small toast for our weeding with no more than 50 people. I’d like to have someone who can marry us outside like a big park. Does anyone has any ideas how can I do this without expending thousands of dollars?

Congratulations on your engagement. My fiance and I are having a simple wedding at a historic conservatory in a local park. $250.00 per hour to rent it. We are using a local restaurant for food, and doing cupcakes instead of cake. Our budget is $5000.00

I would reach out to the park and inquire. Most are fairly inexpensive. If you use a traditional wedding venue, it will cost a whole heck of a lot more.

Yes. That’s what I saw. We think that it’s something special for us but I don’t believe it’s worth it to expend so much for a couple of hours.
May I ask which is the park you guys are getting married? Congratulations for you too! 😊

Just make sure to have a plan for if it rains or there’s otherwise bad weather!
