I know so many of us aren’t thrilled to be stuck at home when it means missing out on so many in-person events (wedding related or not). However, with some of this extra time on our hands, what have you been up to DIYing for your wedding? I was able to crank through addressing all my envelopes for my invites! A labor of love, but it was finished in fewer days than it would have if I weren’t teaching from home!     Thanks, Melle, but I can't take the credit! I had my Cricut write all of these out! I just designed them on the computer.

    Think of it like a printed Pinterest page... But also with notes about covid, original wedding invitations, and new ones, save the dates, swatches, pictures of the dresses and tuxes, pictures of our rings, maybe a face mask... All sorts of keepsakes... Receipts from the dress... Notes about where you bought things...


    A time capsule would be fun too and contain the same things. Smiley smile

    That lettering looks great! Good use of the Cricut!


    I ended up doing some mercury wine bottles that’s going use up the leftover Sola flowers I had from doing our bouquets earlier. Also working on some signage, addressed and mailed our invites and currently working on our arch!

    I’m working on my reception decor. Just finished my sweetheart centerpiece, and I’ll start working on the floral arrangements for my gold hoop reception centerpieces. (Please excuse my dining room turned faux flower shop. Lol!) Silver Linings: DIY Edition 7
