Show your (dream) venue

I really wanted a venue that had outdoor/indoor options because I wanted to get married in late fall, and in New England it can be a beautiful day or a freezing cold day. So I wanted options. Our venue is not only beautiful both inside and out, but it included SO MUCH for the price, their food is absolutely delicious, and the wedding coordinator has been great. We had one other venue that was truly stunning inside and we were really considering it, but they had no outdoor space at all for pictures or anything. I wasn’t willing to give up my outdoor dreams.

Ooooooh this place looks heavenly. I understand you. I am getting married in November and even in Florida it could be hot, cool, cold or rain so an indoor option was needed too just in case. Not picture is they have a beautiful porch area with string lighting and areas with roofing where we could still get married outdoors and my photographers know how to work with light rain lol.

After 5 year of marriage and 3 kids later, we just wanted something simple yet elegant with a classic look and this venue was it. I can't wait to say I do... again🥰

Best of both worlds- starting a new life at the start of the day and closing out your first “wedded” day with the sun going down

Dream venue: Arches or Canyonland National Park. I would love to hire an adventurer elopement photographer.


Reason Not: All of our family couldn’t physically hike to the locations we would want to get married at. Plus getting married in the Catholic church is important to us.


We are getting married in a Catholic church in our city and using the basement of a historic Victorian mansion for the reception.

I’ve always wanted to get married outside, especially in front of water which this venue has! Plus I LOVE the inside of the venue, it’s stunning and makes it so I don’t have to do too much with the decor.

The one good thing that’s come out of Covid (postponing) is that we are looking for a new ceremony venue...

When we looked initially I had this location in mind but they didn’t offer weddings. Now it’s under new ownership and they just opened up to weddings! Wish us luck! We’re meeting with them on Wednesday

Oh since we are sharing dream venues here is mine - Europe.

Reason not - cheap FH and now with COVID good call. I would have loved to have married in Los Angeles as we went in 2018 and fell in love. I told him our first anniversary should be there.

I think that church is lovely. If my state had cathedrals like in Europe I would convince my FH lol.

Funny enough I came across a blog a bit back called marry me in Barcelona and it looked amazing. I would love Italy or Greece. Just a place with some amazing and epic views followed by a nice honeymoon there.

Thank you. I lucked out when I found it as they had a Sunday elopement special and it was super affordable.

Vizcaya in Sacramento, Ca. We toured 5 other venues before coming across this one. We fell in love with the fountain and greenery. And it’s an all inclusive venue but doesn’t break the bank. They also have a bed and breakfast next door that the bride and groom can stay in for free on the wedding night, and our wedding party can stay at a discounted price. Our coordinator has been amazing too. So glad we booked it.
