This is my wedding ring. I cant wait to wear it!

I don't have a plain band, because I have a rose gold ring, and when I tried plain ones on, it looked like a piece of copper pipe, and I didn't like it much. Here's the pic:

However, I also didn't want FULL bling, so I went with a kind of... half-bling? just a few little diamonds and sapphires in it. The stones only go half the way around, so if I ever decide I don't feel like wearing so much bling, I can always twist it the other way, lol. Maybe this would be an option for you?

I especially love the view from the side closest to me - I had tiny little diamonds included there:

Also, here are some inspo pics of plain wedding bands - I actually love them, and was surprised when it didn't really suit my own ring!

I tried on sooooooooo many blingy bands! And while they were all quite pretty alone, none of them really wow’ed me with my e-ring. I felt like they were all competing for the spot light. As soon as I tried just a plain, classic band though.. I knew that was it. It allows my e-ring to be the star. The one I decided to go with is a bit thinner than this one though- it’s the same size as my e-ring band.

I chose a plain gold band so it wouldn’t distract from my engagement ring! I love it.

Mine is a plain band with milgrain detailing on the edges. (2mm wide in a size 4 1/2, in case you were wondering for scale). I love it!

I'm sure you will! I think part of it for me, was I wanted it to match the shoulder shape of my engagement ring so they would look like they fitted together perfectly, but the shoulders are super square, which adds to the 'piece of pipe' impression. I think with a different band width, a different profile - different engagement ring - basically, it would look lovely! Plus plain bands are so wearable and less likely to be damaged, have stones fall out, etc! Don't doubt your gut feeling!

Not the best picture but here's mine! My ring is rose gold and the band, which was my grandma's, is yellow gold. I think they work well together 🙂

I tried on a plain band and it didn’t go well with mine so we are thinking about getting the band to the right !
