I wouldn't worry so much about your age if you are with the right person.

However, I want to caution you that adopting a child is extremely expensive. Most adoptions are thousands of dollars, and a lot of states and agencies check your finances pretty thoroughly to make sure you can financially support a child. If you are struggling to pay for this wedding and have nothing in your bank account, you might be unable to adopt a child until you get your finances in order, which could take years.
