Shoe help! Getting married on a beach!

I love the idea of something like this.... my best friend will be getting married on a beach and is looking into this style

But if you really want heels, i would stick to wedges

Have you tried walking in sand in wedges? It's hard! Honestly I'd go barefoot.

My MOH got married on the beach. We all went barefoot. So much easier than trying to walk in the sand w/ heels or even flip flops. Plus you have to stand there in the sand with them.

If i was getting married on the beach, i would go with the first one! comfy and cute!

James and Amy, we are also getting Married on the beach in Maui. And I am choosing to wear Foot Jewelry (like the photo above, just a bit different) on the beach, then my wedges to the Reception, our ceremony we ALL will be barefoot, its just not right to wear shoes on the beach and not feel the sand between your toes. Congrats on Maui.

I really like the thingies that @Nattie posted! Personally, I would go with those or barefoot.

I wish I could go barefoot but I'm not a fan of being barefoot on sand. I know, weird, but I really prefer wedges. Shaina, where did you get your shoes?!

I would do bare feet, flip-flops or flats for the ceremony and change into nicer shoes for your reception. My friend wore Toms for hers as did we her bridesmaids

I think I'm gonna do the thingies that @Nattie posted! I'm also getting married on the beach and I think shoes would just be a pain. I'll probably wear sandals to the ceremony and then just barefoot it down the aisle!

We are getting married on the beach too! I found these on Etsy and had them personalized with our names and date! It's supposed to leave imprints in the wet sand, and hopefully it'll be a cute picture too!
