👰 shamed by friends for buying wedding dress from H&m to keep costs down

Don't let anyone shame you. If you like your dress that's all that matters especially if you can wear it again. Good for you keeping the cost down. Wise choice!

Ughhhh, I had a dress that was $200 and everyone gave me a weird look or said really, just $200? So much that my mom was like pick a different dress. I did and it was slightly more expensive, but needs so much more alterations. Not nearly as comfy as the other dress either. Don't get me wrong I like my new dress, but much more drama. Lol. Don't let anyone get on you about where you bought your dress, especially if you like it!!!

Don't let anyone shame you. If you love it that's all it matters. My brother and sister in law has a eloped and the day before the wedding we found a dress at Ross for around $30 that was literally like a trumpet wedding dress, and it was perfect.

Ignore them.
