Thanks! We are trying our best to not go above $40,000. If we can go cheaper than that, that will be wonderful. I have a few venues saved on here, but we really cannot decide. I do know I want it indoors, because one of my biggest fears is having a wedding outside and being completely rained on.

Hi there! Congratulations to everyone. I am a 9/28/2019 bride. We have the venue, photographer/videographer, officiant, and we are meeting with the caterer this weekend. I also tried on my mother's dress and am thinking about doing a redesign. It doesn't need that much work. Has anyone else done this?

9/1/19 😍 I saw a few date twins on this thread!
We have our budget laid out, guest list set along with a very preliminary seating chart made that we plan on editing as we go, theme/colors chosen, bridal party picked, and I’m in the process of creating their “proposal” boxes to be given out around Christmas. I have my dress (it should be done mid-October), we have almost all the songs picked out, I’ve designed the invitations and Save the Dates, and have started making the invitations. I’ve also pretty much got a plan laid out for how I want all the small details to look (I have a card box and I laser cut the table numbers for example) and I have a checklist of DIY projects on my phone, complete with when I want to have each thing done by. 😁

Booked:
Venue (comes with a planner, DJ, caterer/cake, and florist/designer)
Photographer (engagement photoshoot is scheduled for October)
And we have a meeting with a potential videographer on Thursday. 😊

I 💜 organization and party planning. 😂

September bride here. Sep 7, 2019, 11am but we might change to Sep 15, 2019, 2pm. Ive been worrying about guests having to travel in an empty stomach after ceremony, considering that my church is 40mins away from the reception. Our first choice was actually Sep 9, 2019, 2pm. So far, church and reception are booked. Shortlisted photo and video as well. Tentative entourage, guest list, and program are also done. Feeling so behind as well. Excited to move forward after date is settled.Haha.

I’m so jealous....we tried for Perona but was booked up. We’re gettin married 9/28/19 at The Inn at Millrace Pond. It’s unbelievable, I’m not even mad about Perona anymore!

Don't worry, you are not behind! You have plenty of time! Once you have your date settled, I am sure you will feel much better. What is your deciding factor in the date and time? Do you have food in mind to help you decide on day and time?

I have! I'm using the same seamstress that worked on my 8th grade formal dress and all my prom dresses. She used to be a costume designer for the motion picture industry and works on a lot of wedding dresses. It is going really well. Keeping the bodice, just fitting it to my size. Keeping the lining from my moms dress but changing the skirt from silk to toulle! So far it is my dream dress and my mom loves my take on it. It's been a very special process!

9/28/19 bride here, we have mainly gitten decorations, and have picked the cake deciration we like but not flavors. Still have a lot to do but we r getting there. Still discussing all thw big decisions but we have only been planning for a couple of weeks

We've booked venue, caterer, met with local florist. I've already have a dress, but I'm looking for another one, I don't get that"it's my dress feeling. I've also meet with caterer, and picked out our menu, and have a coordinator as well.
A lot of our decor, is diy so we've been working on those, such as save the dates, burlap chair sashes, and burlap silverware holders.

Sept 14, 2019 Haven't set a single thing in stone yet still combing thru venues because apparently I'm picky, however we just got engaged last week lol.
